Fees & Refund Policy

Two separate fees

The Real Rentals charges a $25 consultation fee and, if you move forward, a one-time vehicle sourcing fee of $1,000 – $2,500. They are separate charges for separate services.

The consultation fee

The $25 consultation fee covers your initial consultation. It is not a vehicle deposit and is not credited toward any vehicle or rental costs.

When we contact you

We aim to contact you by phone call or text message within 72 business hours after your payment is completed.

Refunds of the consultation fee

If you do not receive a phone call or text message within 72 business hours after payment, you may request a full refund of the $25 consultation fee.

To request a refund, contact us at Therealrentalsinfo@gmail.com with your full name, the phone number and email used in your inquiry, and your payment date.

The vehicle sourcing fee

The vehicle sourcing fee is payment for the sourcing service itself: locating a vehicle that fits your request and the work involved in doing so. The amount varies based on the vehicle requested and the work involved, and your exact fee is disclosed and agreed upon before payment. The sourcing fee is separate from your vehicle rental payments. Paying the fee does not guarantee vehicle availability or rental approval.

Payments made to the rental provider

Your first month's vehicle payment is due at pickup and is paid by credit card at the rental location, according to the provider's payment process. A security deposit and other charges may apply, depending on the vehicle and rental provider. Any applicable amounts and payment requirements will be explained before you commit.

No guarantee

Neither fee guarantees vehicle availability, rental approval, or a particular vehicle. Availability, pricing, eligibility and rental terms depend on the specific vehicle and rental provider.
